2011-10-05 Recovery-ish

Only lifted because I needed to do something to avoid dozing off

Warmup - Rolled

Front Squat: 45, 95, 135, 185
2x3 - 225
Easy enough

Prone Internal Rotations -
4 sets of about 6 reps each, various length holds
Used the athletic boxes and just propped my arm up on towels
