Training: Lifting

Warmup: The usual, with lots of rolling and stretching and band GMs for my hamstring. Will hot pack it momentarily.

Squat: 45x3, 95, 135x2, 185
3x3 - 240lbs
Doing a better job of keeping my weight on my heels.
I realized that I squat with a DAMN wide stance for a rawfag. Will upload a video when I hit...iono, 315, probably.

Press: 45, 95

Saba showed up in the middle of these. I may have convinced him to train with us at least two days per week.

Still kinda works, yeah.
