Deadlift:
3x 135, 135, 135, 185, 185, 225, 275, 315
2x 345
1x 335
I got weaker.
GHR:
1x5 - 20lbs
Yeah, noticed the knee thing right after this.
RDL:
1x10 - 185lbs
This made the knee worse.
