Warmup as usual

Squat: 45, 95, 135, 185
2x5 - 245lbs
Seems fine.

Press: 45, 95, 135x3
155lbs - 4, 3, 3
Whee

Pull-Ups:
-90lbs - 3x5
-80 next time. This was easy on a level that made it impossible to recruit my lats properly.
