2011-09-30 Intensity

Warmup

Squat: 2x45, 95, 135, 185, 225, 275
2x 315lbs
1x 350lbs
4x 380lbs (5F)
Cuing might have helped here instead of just yelling "Up!" (grr @ spotters - they did a better job last week, but oh well). It's possible I could have made it if I'd just kept pushing but oh well.
