Warmup

Squat -

I didn't feel too good on these until the final set.

Bat Wings (7.5x5x5sec)

Bench -
45x5x3
95x5x2
135x3x3
I did feel a bit better on these.

Deadlift -
135x5x3
185x5
225x5
275x3x3
These felt heavier than they should have.

Lat rolling
Armbar and Armbar Press
HS Plank
Farmer Carry
Shoulder Tap
Bat Wings

Did the above for about half the usual reps or sets.
