Warmup

Overhead Squat:
5x 45, 65

Squat:
5x 95, 135, 185
3x 225, 275, 295
PR triple. Eric came along and cued me, which helped a bit.
Back's still acting up on these. Need to work on hip and knee mobility (think my gastroc-soleus complex may have something to do with the hump).

Bench:
5x 45, 95
3x 135, 155, 175

Lat Pulldown:
10x 75, 75, 75

SDBC:
10x 10, 10, 10
